This App provides localized invoice management features, with cloud service support through Firebase. We collect the following types of information:

Account Information (Optional)

  • If you choose to register an account, we will collect your email address
  • User ID (to identify your account)
  • We do not collect names, phone numbers, or other personal identification information

User Avatar (Optional)

  • If you choose to upload an avatar, the avatar image will be stored in Firebase Storage
  • You can delete or change your avatar at any time

Feedback (Optional)

  • If you choose to submit feedback, the feedback content, email address, and optional screenshots will be stored in Firebase Realtime Database
  • This information is only used to improve our product and respond to your feedback
  • You can submit feedback through the in-app feature at any time

Business Data (Completely Local Storage)

  • Invoices, quotes, receipts, and other business data are completely stored locally on your device
  • Client information and company information are completely local
  • Electronic signatures are completely local
  • Will NOT be uploaded to any cloud server

Analytics and Diagnostic Data

  • App usage statistics (via Firebase Analytics), such as feature usage frequency, user interactions, etc.
  • Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics), including device information, error stacks, and other technical data
  • Network status information
  • App version information

Subscription Information

  • Subscription status and transaction history (via RevenueCat)
  • We do not collect your payment card information; payment processing is completed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Local Storage

All business data is stored locally on your device, including:

  • Invoice, quote, and receipt data
  • Client information
  • Company information
  • Electronic signatures
  • App settings

This App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
